Competition period:

The competition commences on 27 April 2022 and closes at 11:59 pm on 03 August 2022. All references to times are to Queensland time.

How to enter:

There is no charge for entering this competition and no purchase is necessary to enter or redeem prizes.

To enter the competition, Entrants must go to the competition website via the URL https://travelmegastore.com.au/competition and follow the prompts to register their details including first name, last name, telephone numbers, email address, Date of Birth and answer 4 multiple choice questions.

All Entrants who register their details and will receive one entry in the draw to win the 7- Night P&O Cruise to Tasmania Package. See Prize Details below for details of the prize provided in this competition.


Entrants must be 18 years of age or over and an Australian or New Zealand resident to be eligible to enter this competition.

Entrants are not eligible to enter this competition if they are an employee, or an immediate family member of the Promoter, Our Vacation Centre or any Designated Promotional Partner, their affiliated companies, or their related bodies corporate (as defined in the Corporations Act). For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions the Designated Promotional Partner is the entity, contracted with the Promoter as a Promotional Partner, and provided with a unique website URL for the purpose of this competition through which the Entrant participates in this competition.

If you are a member of one of the brands under I.C.E. Vacations Asia Pacific Pty Ltd including My twoforone Rewards, Discover365, ICE Vacations, TravelPerks+, Cruise Megastore, Travel Megastore and My Future Cruise Credit, or part of one of our affiliated brands, your email address will be in our database and therefore you cannot enter this competition. From time to time, we have competitions and giveaways which you can be eligible to participate in.

Prize Details:

The winner of the prize will receive the P&O Cruise Package that includes:

  • 7-nights’ cruise with P&O Cruises Australia, including all meals, in an inside cabin.
  • $600 air credit or $300 air credit per person.
  • 1-night accommodation in Sydney at a 4* hotel.
  • Transfers from the airport to hotel, hotel to cruise terminal, and cruise terminal to airport.
The package is based on two adults for travel on November 28th to December 5th, 2022. All passengers must comply with all Government Regulations and Requirements to travel. Any and all charges with COVID-19 tests and infection are the winner’s responsibilities. Air credits can be used with any preferred airline. The 1-night accommodation in Sydney will be booked on a 4* hotel and can be arranged pre or post cruise departure, depending on winner’s preference.

The total prize pool is of AUD$2,995.

Competition opens 27 April 2022 and closes at 11:59 pm on 03 August 2022. Prize Draw at 12pm on 05th August 2022.

Prize must be taken as offered. The Prize, or any unused portion of the Prize, is not exchangeable or cannot be redeemed as cash. The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer. This Prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash in part or in full, and may not be sold to any third party, unless otherwise specified.

Draw information:

The draw for the major prize will take place at the offices of the Promoter at 58 Kingston Drive, Gaven, Queensland 4212 at 12pm on 05th August 2022 via a random manual drawing process. The Winner will be notified by telephone within 24 hours of the draw and in writing.

If the Major Prize is unclaimed, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at 12pm at 58 Kingston Drive, Gaven, QLD, 4212, 7 days after the original draw date, and the Winner of any unclaimed prize draw will be notified by telephone and in writing within 24 hours of the draw, and the winner will be published on travelmegastore.com.au within 7 days after notifying the winner.

General provisions:

By entering into the competition, the entrant agrees to receive marketing communication from Travel Megastore, which is owned and operated by Our Vacation Centre Pty Ltd (OVC). The Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to verify the validity of the claims and to disqualify any Entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or who abuses the bonus entry option by forwarding competition referrals contrary to anti-spam guidelines on the competition website.

The Promoter reserves the right to resolve any and all discrepancies, disputes or unforeseen circumstances as it deems fit subject to relevant State legislation, and State permit regulations. The Promoters decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Neither the Promoter nor any of its agents are responsible for lost, late, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, ineligible, or incorrectly submitted entries.

If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to any direction given under the relevant State legislation, and State permit regulations.

The information on the entry form is being collected by the Promoter and Designated Promotional Partners for the purposes of the advertised competition and utilisation by the Promoter and Designated Promotional Partners for marketing and promotion of their respective goods and services via email, phone or mail. The Promoter and Designated Promotional Partners may also disclose information collected from entry forms to its related entities, affiliated suppliers or contracted third parties for their marketing purposes.

All Winners details will be disclosed to the parties with whom the Promoter has contracted to provide the advertised prize. It is a condition of entry that prize Winners agree to provide at least two photos and/or videos of them and/or whilst on their prize holiday and agree that the Promoter and/or Designated Promotional Partners may publish such photograph in marketing, publicity and promotional material without any further payment or compensation to the Winner.

Although Our Vacation Centre (OVC) takes all care in informing members of the most up to date and correct information it remains the responsibility of clients to ensure they are familiar with all terms and conditions relating to individual travel products, passport, visa and immigration issues, health and customs requirements associated with their travel.

Following is an overview of general items for you to consider in relation to your travel, however the overview may not be absolute in its content and clients must thoroughly check all details in regard to their travel plan. OVC are happy to assist you in regard to any clarifications or other information you require.

  1. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure booking details are correct and all passenger names are correct and match passports. Name changes and booking changes incur penalties and will be required to be paid by the traveller if incorrect information has been supplied to OVC.
  2. Visas and passports are the responsibility of the client. We can assist with this service - fees apply. Please ask your consultant for details.
  3. Passports must be valid for 6 months from return date.
  4. If you are not travelling on an Australian passport you may require an Australian re-entry visa. This is your responsibility to obtain prior to departure.
  5. All reservations are made in accordance with current schedules. Any change in scheduling or delays and the resulting impact on arrangements are not the responsibility of Our Vacation Centre.
  6. Quotes are valid for 7 days excluding airfares and cruises, which are valid at the time of quoting only. No prices are guaranteed until full payment has been received by Our Vacation Centre.
  7. Credit card surcharges apply, the amounts displayed exclude any credit card merchant fee surcharges. A signed credit card authority form will be required upon booking.
  8. Terms and conditions apply to all bookings. It is the responsibility of the client to request and familiarise themselves with the terms & conditions for their particular travel.
  9. Cruises are subject to availability. Fuel surcharges are levied as per the rules of the individual Cruise line and may be applied at any time prior to sailing.
  10. Your booking may be cancelled if the deposit and/or final payment is not received by the required date stipulated by the supplier or Our Vacation Centre.
  11. All government fees, port charges, surcharges and taxes are subject to change without notice until final payment is made and documents have been issued.
  12. Cancellation and amendment fees apply to all bookings once a deposit has been received - please see attached fees schedule.
  13. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they are aware of the latest travel advice issued by the Australian Government and the latest health information for the destinations to which they are travelling.

  14. Our Vacation Centre strongly recommends that clients purchase adequate travel insurance cover for their destinations. Travel Insurance is strongly recommended to be taken at time of booking. Should you decline insurance offered by OVC, we will then require a signed insurance waiver form and be supplied with your current insurance number.
